Although, I am a newbie with regards to freelancing, but my three(3) years experience working at our local BPO company as a Customer Service Representative has more than equipped me with the needed mind and skill set to handle my job efficiently. In addition, my co-workers and superiors have already branded me as a patient, persevering, and passionate individual; but yet I cannot describe myself as such for I am just a person who just likes to work really hard and do my duties extra-well for my family.
