 Perform project technical duties to supervise and coordinate building Project engineering, material supply and construction activities, to ensure that works are implemented to the specified requirements, within schedule and in cost effective manner and all Company concerned divisions requirements have been properly addressed and incorporated. Perform contract administrative duties for Design and Construction Contracts, to ensure that these contracts are efficiently administered and that Consultant and Construction Contractors as well as Company obligations are provided in a timely manner. Overall Project supervision including technical reviews coordination, comments of drawings and response to queries during all stages of the project. Contract administration and supervision of Project construction and active interface with contractors, consultants, technical professionals. Coordinate inter-related disciplines involving structural works, electro-mechanical installation, interior decoration and external works. Carry out general contractual procedures including drafting correspondence, reports minutes of meetings and issue of site instruction. Verify work measurements and contractual payments. Maintain strict control on the quality of workmanship, progress of work as per Project & Contract Schedule and cost of Project Contracts. Review shop drawings submitted by the Contractor, and analysis of various alternate design and construction procedures and method statements submitted by the Contractor. Perform inspection of the works and notify the Contractor of any defects to be corrected. Performs final inspection and witness the handing over the Project. Regularly attends coordination and site meeting.

 Make sure that any activity offers for inspection has approved Shop drawings, Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (PQP) and Inspection/Test Plan (ITP).  Performed all planned site inspections as per the sequence of activities marked in ITP.  All site inspection shall be carried out vide an official Inspection Test Request (ITR) submitted by the Contractor.  Verify with the independent testing laboratory that all test result related to specific ITR meets the project requirements.  In the event the site activities not conformed with the approved documents prior to NCR the Contractor will receive Site Observation Notice (SOR).  Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality works is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practices, compliance with the approved materials and shop drawings.  Advise Planning Department and CM of any slippage of progress regarding site activities.  Participate with PMC discipline in reviewing the Close out Report as submitted by Contractor.  Regularly reports to Engineering Manager / CM / PM with regards to project status and issues that may impact client relations.

 Evaluates and checks Bid Documents to make sure that every detail is clearly specifies the scope of work.  Prepares Itemized Cost Breakdown according to work descriptions, materials, labor, tools, addendum, etc. for Tender Package and make sure that well accounted for all items.  Supporting Senior QS from preparing clarifications to ensure work items is incorporated from the Contract Package.  Collect and keep save addendum, vendor list, material list or other recommended items by Clients supporting Bid Documents.  Examine closely Subcontractors Bid Package or quotations must within the profit margin as well as viability of Subcontractors or material Vendors product and services.  Assisting Senior QS in developing Value Engineering (VE) works to save time and cost.  Supporting Senior QS from evaluation and preparation of progress reports to assure payment certificates will not delay.  From approved collectibles prepares invoices and payments for subcontractors and suppliers.  Regularly check Cash Flow against accomplishment reports to monitor risks and lose from Project profits.  Assisting Senior QS and Commercial Manager from assessment of any potential variations to claim valid additional cost and time extension when is needed.  Often conducts site inspections to personally monitor progress and development of the project.  Regularly reports to Senior QS and Commercial Manager with regards of QS matters.

Supporting Engineering Department from coordination of Contract Drawings and make sure all concern office is well informed. Participate in reviewing Tender Drawings and Technical Specifications contrast with new IFC Drawings to make sure variances are monitored. Involves in preparation of Request for Information (RFI) to those items have not clarifies in Contract Drawings. Supporting Engineering Department to develops reasonable Value Engineering (VE) works in order to save time and cost. Provide inputs to formulate effective and alternative solution caused by design changes or modifications without any cost and time impact. Prepares and plan Shop Drawing submittals advanced from the Construction Schedule for Consultant approval. Assists Senior Architect of issuance Field Change Request (FCR) due to changes for PMC immediate action to prevent delays. Provides clear and updated Construction Drawing for QS Department in line to establish accurate estimates and cost control. Checks and evaluates Subcontractors / Material Vendors Coordination / Shop Drawings should exactly carried out contract requirements prior to Consultant or Client approval. Coordinates QA/QC and Project Engineer from revisions and on hold items in Construction Drawings to assure all site activities is updated. Maintains updated Construction Drawings and saved all accounts has changes and variations to support claims and time extension. Prepares and plan submission of As-built Drawings for Municipality approval. Regularly reporting to Engineering Manager or Senior Architect with regards the status of drawing submittals to make them aware from daily accomplishments.
