Main Responsibilities:-Lead the Plant Engineering department, ensuring the proper use of the resources of the organization.-Responsible for the Engineering Assembly (5 production lines), Engineering enamel (enamel lines wet spray and immersion, powder glaze line, pickling, and porcelain tubs), Manufacturing Engineering (Presses, Thermoforming, foaming), Engineering Tools (dies), Projects, introduction of new models and the area of Lean Manufacturing.-Responsible for optimizing production processes of the three platforms (stoves, washing machines, refrigerators).-Responsible for assigning the staff needed for the manufacture of appliances (stoves, washer machines, refrigerators).-Generation and Implementation of cost reduction initiatives (Headcount, consumables, etc.).Main Achievements:-Celaya-Plus Project Implementation (reduction of 300 positions in the different operating platforms and the creation of a system of indicators of plant management). Work as a team with CBC Consultants.-Increased production of washing machines per day (600 to 1000 washers per day)-Successful implementation of project-Ultra Stage 1 (New platform stoves / 24 SKU's)-Compliance to the cost reduction target on all 3 platforms.-Winning Spirit Award nomination for high performance teams. Main responsibilities:-Making the planning of the materials, according to the scheduled production plan.-Ensure the supply of material to the plant, following up suppliers considered as critical.-Search logistic strategies with suppliers such as frequent deliveries and just in time deliveries to optimize storage space.-Search provision and planning strategies with suppliers to reduce working capital.-Give support to new projects of new models to its implementation in time.Main achievements:-Inclusion of 8 suppliers to schedule frequent deliveries.-Ensuring the supply of material from the supplier in question as the most critical.-Implementation of planning strategies that have allowed me to be below the target in working capital.-Reduced downtime by shortages of material.-Implementation of new projects on time by planning models.
