Successful administration of the UBW ERP and Business Applications. Responsible for the implementation of new modules and functionalities at global level within the organization and in conjunction with the involved centers. Coordinated different activities within the ERP: design and building of reports; database administration; user profile management. Coordination of activities of maintenance and technical support. Server Administration. Project management, including budget analysis and negotiation with local and international providers.Achievements:· Successful implementation of twelve processes of the Human Resources module for the CIAT HQ (Colombia) office, positioning the center as one of the leaders of this implementation.· Implementation of the travel module within the ERP with a scope of more than one thousand users and movement of approximately two million dollars a year.· Outstanding progress of the stabilization of the six modules implemented with a reduction of around 60% of the support cases and incidents.· Design and implementation of the complete service-based architecture model for the exchange of information in both channels with the ERP, managing to consume information from the ERP and deploy it in sites and external systems.

Led the implementation team of the CIAT OCS project with innovative and profitable implementation proposals. Configuration and design of operational tests as well as technical manuals. Coordinate the support and operational attention to end users. Guarantee the appropriate interconnection of external and parallel systems, operational infrastructure and the correct functioning and synchronization between the different modules implemented in CIAT and its regional stations.Achievements:· Led the implementation and technical deployment of the OCS project composed of six modules (Finance, Travel, Planner, Projects, Logistics, Commitments), for CIAT HQ, regional and subregional offices (Africa, Asia, Central America). CIAT is now renown to be the first center to successfully go live as first of its project phase.· Design and implementation of the interconnection architecture for more than 10 external systems (software, applications, tools, etc.) with the ERP, highlighting among them the payroll outsourcing which has been the model of interconnection for other systems and implementations.· Design and implementation of the global support model for the ERP, framing levels of operation and routes of request escalation, which is still in operation at CIAT HQ and at all regional stations in Central America, Africa and Asia.

Design software architecture, data interconnection model, persistence of information, physical and logical views and security, among others.Achievements:· Software Implementation for global usage - 15 CGIAR centers worldwide - which provided documentation and exact location of projects around the world using Google maps and also indicating the impact of the same in each of the countries.· Design and implementation of software application for financial accounting, management of commitments and generation of reports for the eight (8) CIAT sub regional stations in Africa.
