During her tenure at Rubicon, Gena provided software demonstrations to school leadership teams and provided relationship management for clients in the mid-Atlantic, New England and Midwest.With more than 30 years of experience in leadership, organizational alignment and client service, Gena also served as a primary coach and adviser to the Rubicon client service and consulting team. Her passion for positively effecting change allowed her to play a lead role in the planning and development of curriculum project initiatives. She has designed, implemented and facilitated training programs with a focus on individual and team professional development. She played a lead role in advancing Rubicon’s overall training and professional development methodology.
