Responsibilities• Inbound Process in Which goods are collected from vendor and placed in storage in a warehouse• Outboound Process in which the goods are removed from storage and delivered to the end customer• Internal Warehouse process for example posting changes, stock transfers, WM inventory.• Transportation process which includes inbound and outbound shipment and the calculation, settlement of shipment costs.• Planing and optimizing deliveries with using standard SAP

• End to end responsible and propose solutions in Purchasing and Material Management functional areas. ( Purchase Requisition, Ordering, Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory Management (Stock Movements; goods receipts, issues, transfer movements, interplant replenishments, scrap, consignment and subcontracting operations), Barcode integration, Master Data, Organizational Structures, Invoice Verification, Purchasing workflow implementation.• Also responsible and propose solutions in Warehouse Management functional areas. ( Internal warehouse processes, inbound and outbound activities for products and also for spare parts.)• SAP integration with non SAP systems. ( PURE - Production Program, WF systems) • Cooperation with Project Team.• Communication and collaboration with the other members of the Project Team to discuss requirements and problems from business side.• Communication of project life-cycle activities and associated timeframes in order to obtain BU time and resource commitments.• Promote the use of knowledge management processes and tools • Leverage successful products, processes and best practices

E-Invoice Transformation Project• Responsible and propose solutions for invoice proceses in MM , SD and FI modules according the integration with Revenue Administration.• Processes for outgoing/incoming invoices are analyzed, the most accurate integration methods between invoice generating systems and e-Invoice server are determined. • Submitting invoices to the system of GİB in electronic environment• Retrieving the invoices and save them to ERP system• Tracking and reporting the statuses of incoming and outgoing invoices within e-Invoice system • Transferring e-Invoice status data to ERP and/or invoicing systems
