(Finding a suitable CV for them, interviewing applicants and managing the process)-Synergetic work with the Business Development department, sales, process planning and management.-Organizing and participating in one-on-one meetings with companies and institutions. Developing partnerships and ensuring sustainability.-Managing the whole process from abroad to the arrival to Turkey of the approved exchange participants.

-Managing ATCOM'23: To advance all aspects of the congress, including planning, coordination and execution, to ensure the successful organization and smooth running of the congress.-Organization Skills: Demonstrating strong organizational skills to effectively plan and execute various tasks and responsibilities related to the congress.-Local and National Company Analysis: Conducting analysis and research on local and national companies to identify potential sponsors and partnerships for the congress, aiming to secure financial and logistical support.-Excel Skills: Utilizing proficient Excel skills to handle data management, analysis, and reporting tasks related to the congress's organization and operation.-Working on Sponsorship: Actively seeking and working on securing sponsorships and partnerships from various organizations to provide financial support and resources for the congress.-Data Mining: Conducting data mining activities to gather relevant information, statistics, and insights necessary for decision-making, optimizing congress planning, and enhancing the overall congress experience.-Determining Congress Needs: Assessing the requirements and expectations of the congress attendees, speakers, and participants, and making necessary arrangements to meet those needs, such as venue selection, accommodation, catering, and equipment.-Product Raise: Collaborating with the OC team to secure sponsorships from companies interested in promoting their products at the congress. This involves reaching out to potential sponsors, negotiating sponsorship packages for product promotion, and managing logistics for product displays or demonstrations.-Teamwork with OC Team: As a vice president of the OC team, I contributed to fostering strong teamwork, perform duties appropriately, offering guidance and support, and cultivating a positive and productive working environment.
