My approach is recognized for being modern, human-centered, and practical.Before Unique Coaching?I worked in information technology for 15 years, moving from expert roles to management, much like 95% of the leaders I support in developing their management, business, and leadership skills. Leading teams inspired me to bridge well-being with performance. I needed a “leadership update” to become more unifying, focus on strategic priorities, and achieve my ambitious goals. By training in professional coaching and applying that approach alongside my skills in management, agility, marketing, and operations, I achieved exceptional results in retention rates and project quality. With professional support, this process would have been easier and feeling supported would have made a real difference.
