- Manage a multidisciplinary team managers and IT technicians- Oversee the technology investment budget (hardware and software) for the Montreal studio.- Develop and define the strategic plan aligned with the vision over 1, 3, and 5 years.- Create a monthly dashboard with key metrics on the team, operations, budget, and the team's visibility within the company.- Collaborate with production, internal teams, other studios, and headquarters to implement best practices.

- Lead a team of managers and IT technicians- Manage the technology investment budget (hardware and software) for the Montreal studio.- Improve the management and use of IT equipment and software to ensure each user has timely access to the right resources.- Measure and optimize the efficiency of recurring service activities based on their effectiveness and relevance within the Montreal studio (incident and request management, technology watch, lifecycle & renewal, inventory and budget management).- Oversee the deployment of new technologies (Windows 7, SSD, software updates).- Ensure close collaboration with the purchasing and finance departments.

- Manage multidisciplinary, multisite and multicultural teams in a matrix manner.- Create and implement new project management processes.- Perform functional analysis (UML).- Plan the program and projects for online consumer loyalty management at the IT level. (MS Project, Jira, Greenhoper).- Ensure the evolution of the multiplatform authentication system: database, web interfaces and game console. (C#, C++)- Adapt the "waterfall" type work environment to an Agile type environment. (Scrum)

- Organize the work of a team of 5 programmers.- Analyze customer needs and propose systems adapted to their reality. (UML)- Plan the different projects. (MS Project)- Deliver operations management and customer management solutions (Windev / Webdev)- Implement the solutions developed on site.- Train customers on the use of the systems.- Train customers' technical teams on the programming language (advanced and expert level).

- Migrate from DOS systems to Windows systems. (Clipper, Windev)- Implement new systems on site.- Train and provide technical support on new systems.
