With excellent executive/senior management skills, have a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, to control difficult situations and to manage strategic and operational efforts of personnel from various cultures, with a wide range of backgrounds and personalities.In current role as NTT DATA UK, Vice President, Head of Delivery for Public Services, have overall delivery responsibility for all Government, Health and non-profit client organizations across the United Kingdom. Through work with client executive and senior management teams, NTT DATA senior account directors and client partners, ensure our client relationships are strategic and our engagements are successful. Services provided range from full Managed Service operations, project delivery and infrastructure support operations to large multi-year digital transformation programs. Instrumental in transitioning teams to the new ways of working dictated by the COVID 19 virus and in ensuring that team members remained connected as the pandemic continued to impact return-to-work programmes. Previously, as an accomplished international Executive Program Director have managed many large and complex Business/IT transformations for a variety of high profile organizations in a number of industries. Multi-year programs varied in size to well over USD 100 million and up to 500 team members made up of on-site, near-shore and off-shore individuals. Had an exceptional track record in stabilizing and completing problematic programs as well as in start-to-finish implementations.
