Developing tests for Versal based boards...Designed and coded a test that counts the LEDs using python. It takes a picture of the board and uses the CV2 package to perform the analysis. The image is masked to a specific area containing the LEDs, converted to grayscale, thresholded to black & white, and then counts large groupings of white pixels. Added features for changing picture size, brightness level, zooming, and delays between camera actions. Also wrote a GUI to let the user create the image to mask off the area of interest. Both programs converted to executables.Designed and coded the sector locking/unlocking, password setting, and password check for SPI NOR flash devices using 3rd party XJTAG application. This allows for any device size and brand having these features and works in Extended, Quad, or Octal SPI with SDR or DDR depending on the device's capabilities.Xilinx & AMD merger...

Developing tests for Versal based boards...Standardized the process flow in GitHub Enterprise for our work group. Developed and coded scripts (in Bash & Python, using Curl with REST API) to create repositories from templates, create branches & set protections, clone locally, release and tag work, handle LFS, change visibility, and check the organization's repositories for compliance with the process flow. Wrote the Help Guide for all the above.Standardized an EEPROM test in XJTAG for use in multiple product boards. Designed, coded, and wrote the User guide for adding it to any product. Put into source control to preserve the work to date, and put release versions into Confluence. Created the use of *.ini file for the product info and metadata specific to any EEPROM. Wrote a python GUI to aid in the creation of the INI file; creates both a template for products and useable file for testing. Designed for use on the command line & in other scripts, and allows User overwrite of metadata at the command line.

Developing manual and automated production level testing for robotic medical equipment. Wrote the Test Instructions for calibrating the robotic ARM sensors, designed and wrote the data collection documents, created various macros, wrote steps and provided direction for automating sensors calibrations, and aided in the calibration of robotic ARMs

Automating Production Testing of modules that control and monitor solar panels power output.Using C# in MS Visual Studio 2019 Community, to add new tests to and support issue for production testers; accessing Testers via TeamViewer.Debugged and fixed memory leak by moving some object instantiations to higher parent class, added new USB Oscilloscope by integrating oscope's SDK into Tester class structure, added new threads for running it, incorporated error message system into SDK by creating wrapper class interface, and modified development Tester to accommodate scope (soldering, wiring, etc.), worked with products communication protocol, created test design documents for new and existing tests.
