I was responsible for the quality functions of two casting facilities producing sales of over $55M. External quality was improved by over 60%, customer complaints were reduced over 75%, internal scrap was reduced, and our audit scored were improved. We used lean and six sigma methodology to continue our improvement process.

I worked with a motivated team to run a die casting facility of approximated 110 people prducing sales of $27M. We redced internal scrap by over 40%, reduced external PPM by over 50%, and improved labor productivity 15%.
