Gene Clark is the Chief Legal Officer of Archwest Capital. Mr. Clark was a founder and the Chief Legal Officer of 5 Arch Funding Corp. (acquired by Redwood Trust, with whom Mr. Clark also became an SVP), the parent of a national originator of business purpose mortgage loans and a national asset management company. Prior to this, Mr. Clark co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer and general counsel of Arch Bay Capital, LLC, as well as the general counsel of 3 Arch Financial Services.
