I am hard working, forward thinking, and a team player. I am friendly, approachable and very capable of maintaining solid relationships with clients. I have many years of remodel work experience. I’ve built restaurants, bars and nightclubs that were projects within existing casino facilities, as well as projects from the dirt up. I have developed great relationships with building and health inspectors.I build master schedules and 3 week look ahead schedules using SureTrac and Excel. I organize pre-installation sub-contractor meetings addressing safety, submittals and procurement. I also organize weekly sub-contractor meetings. I am a Carpenter by trade working out of the Local 1977. During this phase of my career I performed concrete layout and setup for low rise and high rise structures. I performed this work as a journeyman, foreman, and general foreman. I ran carpenter crews and sub-contractors during this phase as well. Show less
