My primary focus is on looking out for the best interests of my clients. I teach basic money concepts up to helping clients with significant wealth build 100+ year strategies for establishing their legacies. I have spent a good portion of my life as a business owner and entrepreneur both starting numerous successful businesses and coaching entrepreneurs to success. I have worked inside traditional business structures to increase my depth of knowledge within a given industry while also building businesses myself. As early as 1978, I began my first business by paying other 5 year olds to help me collect newspapers in the neighborhood for recylcing. My second business was a weekend car wash business where I paid my friends to help me wash 30-40 cars every weekend. I built a business while attending UCLA putting together computers for other students and later a mortgage and real estate company and a law firm. This allows me to understand the traditional business climate (traditional law firms, corporate America, franchises, mom and pop shops) as well as the newer business methods.My entrepreneurship includes businesses in industries as diverse as technology; health-care services; mortgage services; hospitality services; legal services; real estate brokerages; and several others. Using my experience with these entrepreneurial ventures, I dedicate my time to helping others build businesses within the Financial Services sector. My knowledge of the financial industry, the legal needs of the individual and of business entities, and of the mortgage and real estate markets allows for me to provide an integrated approach to all my clients' needs. I love sharing this knowledge with clients to help them pursue their identified goals including: passive residual income; retirement; financial; and numerous other areas. I build strong and enduring relationships with each of the entrepreneurs I coach and the clients I advise. My passion to provide assistance to all my clients' needs and develop future entrepreneurial leaders in the financial services sector makes me readily available to help you. My principles have developed from my time as a police officer for the City of Santa Barbara to ensure all those with whom I work are protected and treated with respect.
