Gene is an architect, a Principal of EVstudio, and manages our Texas office. Gene is a Central Texas native and is responsible for business development for EV Studio in Texas and the Southwest markets. Gene has over 23 years experience in the A/E/C industry including several years with Design / Build firms. Mr. Dane has a common sense approach to problem solving combined with a comprehensive understanding of construction systems and techniques, procurement methods, and construction financing. He is a professional manager of multi-discipline groups of architects, engineers, and specialty consultants on large, complex project types including projects with the US Army Corps of Engineers. He is a leader in all facets of the design and construction process and comfortable in typically stressful and challenging situations. Gene is dedicated to public service projects and has served in a leadership capacity on municipal advisory boards, TIRZ board of directors, local green building programs, and community revitalization initiatives.
