-Years of experience using SQL, Excel, SSRS, and Access to create reports for clients ranging in size from one dozen to several thousand employees.-Consider requests and business requirements to design and prepare detailed reports and presentations on a regular schedule for 200+ clients. Identify pain points and streamline reports for increased accuracy and efficiency.-Review and monitor visa expirations for ~2,000 foreign nationals and work with attorneys and paralegal teams for visa extensions.-Provide training for new staff on VisaTrax and RMS file management systems and create and distribute Excel-based case management tools to new hires.-Provide assistance with database login credentials and security settings to clients and staff.
