One of the most important lessons being a father and serving in the military for 28 years has taught me: How to make a horse drink water.I enjoy solving problems and growing a team’s most significant asset: People. To accomplish these, I leverage 28 years of military experience to focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams, and quickly adapting to and learning.I have enjoyed working at the executive level of leadership during my career in program and policy management, human resources, and operations planning.
