First Table is a restaurant marketing company helping restaurants use their ‘first tables’ as a promotional tool to attract more customers and increase revenue.As lead developer, I ran a small team of remote and Queenstown based developers. I was responsible for migrating the payments system to Stripe, migrating our dev ops to AWS including building out bespoke infrastructure for all of our sites across NZ, Australia, UK, Canada, Ireland and Indonesia. I migrated our Silverstripe 3 backend to Silverstripe 4 and GraphQL. I was also responsible for migrating our websites to React & Gatsby and later NextJS.
