Responsible for developing from Inception, an Engineering and Consulting Firm which specialized in the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier ( CLEC) Market. Development of a Proven Business Model for the Tier 3 Marketplace, whereby ZNET would conduct a Feasibility Study and Comparative Market Analysis. Once having established the construction budget, proceed with permitting and engineering and subsequent construction of the market. These systems consisted of multiple rings, typically 5 individual systems were built. These systems were comprised of 4-1 1/2" HDPE inner ducts and each with their own individual independent manhole and handhole locations to facilitate easy access to RBOC's and viable businesses along our Backbone. Clients included MFSNT, Sprint, Dominion Telecom, Nextlink, AT&T, and WorldCom among others.

Developed a profit center for the CLEC market which focused on end user building access engineering.

Oversaw the engineering, permitting and construction activities for the initial phases of these markets development and launch.

Oversaw all phases of New Market Development, Fiber Optic Engineering and Construction. Developed Fiber Optic Networks for Cox Communications, Time Warner Communications and Sprint in over 15 Markets during my tenure.

Fiber Optic Long Haul Splicing and Testing/ Turn-up for nearly 2000 miles of Sprint Communications Backbone Network. Consulting services for National and International Telecom Companies.

Routine maintenance and oversight of 350 mile section of our network. I was lead restoration supervisor for the Eastern United States and performed over 20 restorations in conjunction with over 100 Hot Cuts.

Oversaw a 450 mile section of our fiber optic network, responsible for all maintenance, scheduled and non scheduled outages. Responsible for emergency restoration for the Eastern United States.
