Once having established the construction budget, proceed with permitting and engineering and subsequent construction of the market. These systems consisted of multiple rings, typically 5 individual systems were built. These systems were comprised of 4-1 1/2" HDPE inner ducts and each with their own individual independent manhole and handhole locations to facilitate easy access to RBOC's and viable businesses along our Backbone.
