Gene served ten years active duty as an officer in the United States Navy, holds a BA from the University of Rochester and his Masters from San Diego State University. He applied that discipline and education in the areas of finance and tax and found his professional passion consulting financially-troubled consumers and taxpayers. Gene relocated to North Idaho from New York where he was born and raised. So when he’s not searching the streets of Coeur d’Alene for a place that makes a decent pizza, he enjoys boating on the area’s many lakes, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, and spending time with his family.
