I would have shaved it, but... no I wouldn’t have. My beard alone has experience more than a lesser man’s entire body. I played college football in high school. I’ve won trophies on my game face alone. My personality is so magnetic that I am unable to carry credit cards. I am a lover, not a fighter… but, I am also a fighter, so don’t get any ideas. I could disarm you with my looks, or my hands… either way. Even my enemies list me as their emergency contact number. I once lived in a cave for a summer in the hills on the Serengeti after being gifted to a wife by a local tribe’s leader. My charms are so contagious that vaccines have been created for it. People hang on my every word, even the prepositions. My small talk has altered foreign policy. My words carry weight that would break a less interesting man’s jaw. If I mispronounce your name, you would feel compelled to change it. I can open a piñata with a wink and a smile. The Aztec calendar has my Cinco de Mayo party chiseled in. And, you would need to sign a release form to attend it. My blood smells like cologne. I am the only man to ever ace a Rorschach test. Therapists open up to me. I once had an awkward moment, just to see how it feels. I once taught a German Shepard to bark in Spanish. When I visit museums, I’m allowed to touch the art. I bowl overhanded.

As an advancing Director of Billing with Charter Communications, I have moved from Group to Regional to Division and now Corporate level within my department in my +12 years with Charter. Currently overseeing a team of four professionals, as the "Business Solutions Team", we are the front line for all project design and product implementation in the billing systems for Charter. In Q409, I will have completed my 47th billing system conversion and will have helped to bring Charter to one billing platform. June 2012 saw a complete redesign of all Charter pricing and packaging which was a combined effort of product, marketing and our Solutions team. In Business Solutions there is no "inside the box" or "outside the box" thinking... with my team, there is no box.My team is also the company leader in all enhancment and new release cycles for our CSG billing platform and design for new pricing, promotions and products for all Charter markets.
