Gene Lavine has over 30 years of hands on experience in the development and construction industry. As Principle Partner, President and CEO of Phoenix Development Team, Gene oversees the entire development process including the acquisition, design, permitting, construction and maintenance of all of our communities as well as management of our builder groups and lot sales. He has an extensive background in all facets of business management, cost estimating, financial management as well as engineering and design services. Past experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President at Pathway Communities, one of Metro Atlanta's most well known and respected development and real estate companies, General Manager of a large construction company with labor and equipment forces exceediing some eighty plus employees and owner of his own development and construction company. Gene is currently recognized as a qualified member of the National Utilities Contractors Association and holds a level 1B Certified Inspector Certificate from the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
