I applied the Systems Approach to Training and the ADDIE process to develop and maintain ten Master Lesson Files to support instruction for the Intermediate MAGTF Logistics Operations Course. -

I also led the clean-up effort for the area previously dedicated to container trailer maintenance. I served as the liaison to military units transiting through our ports and also to National Guard organizations using State property for training exercises. I was the action officer for a high profile visit by a Japanese Trade Delegation and was able to use my language skills to facilitate a tour of the Port and presentations by the State Ports Authority leadership.

During my time aboard Belleau Wood, we conducted a non-combatant evacuation of American and allied civilians and embassy staffers from Jakarta, Indonesia, combat operations in the Arabian Gulf for Operation DESERT FOX, and disaster relief operations in East Timor and the Philippines.
