Responsible for the US DC forecasting of sales and inventory, demand planning, replenishment planning and corporate item master for all products lines. Lead the Executive S&OP process. Provide Hand Tool manufacturing a link between sales and manufacturing.

Responsible for the Hand Tool manufacturing production planning, capacity planning, maintaining manufacturing information systems and providing a link between sales and manufacturing. Ensure operational readiness for new product launches and fulfillment cycles; coordinate production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of product deliveries.

§ Responsible for establishing, managing, reviewing and maintaining a master schedule for both production and purchased merchandise ($300M + annually) through on-going coordination between sales, planning / forecasting, manufacturing, distribution and purchasing. The master schedule plan is to include the master sales & product plan, the production plan and other considerations such as backlog, availability of material, availability of capacity and management policies and goals. Any and all changes from sales, product management, production and purchasing to the master schedule plan must be communicated through the master scheduler.
