Plan has succeeded in increasing city revenues year over year, while also improving infrastructure and visual appearance. Successfully worked to reduce regulations and fees, to make the city more competitive for economic development and attracting development opportunities.• Develop, review, and pass annual city budgets which hover between $5.5 and $6 Million dollars. • Review proposals and plans for public improvements and developments in relation to the comprehensive plan and ordinances. • Strictly enforced EPA, RCRA, OSHA, DOT, and State of Michigan standards with the collection, storage, shipping, and transport of multiple hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. •Conducted daily waste inspections of the 710 acre facility, including highly restricted areas.• Designed and implemented new recycling program for the facility and all associated work groups & buildings.• Facilitated selection and contract with Shred-It as the Tech Center asset confidentiality vendor. Temporary Contract Following Hurricane Katrina Aftermath:• Contract Security for FEMA and Salvation Army locations and crews following Hurricane Katrina aftermath in New Orleans, LA.• Controlled daily functions for company security operations in the New Orleans region following Hurricane Katrina.
