Directed the electrical design development of the Texas City Tank Farm coordinating internal resources, and 3rd party design and engineering firm, and power company with a total project cost of $96 Million with $6 Million for electrical infrastructure. This project was for the creation of a new tank farm site and pipeline for increased remote storage serving Galveston Bay Refinery. The tank farm also included receipt and booster stations. Completed project design and left for the reliability role prior to construction commencing. • Coordinated design reviews of electrical and civil designs with internal subject matter experts and 3rd party design firm in conjunction with mechanical scope.• Created the bid package ranging from $3 to 4 Million with 3rd party engineering firm for contractor proposals.• Led contractor bidding and site reviews and selection with global procurement based on cost effectiveness and project quality metrics.• Issued material purchase and work order requests utilizing design packages, vendor quotes, and contractor bids.• Problem solving: Determined that power company had an unacceptable fault current at the facility substation. Executed the Cornerstone Pipeline Project with total cost of $200 Million, including $8 Million electrical related costs from design to close out. The Cornerstone project was a new pipeline bringing natural gasoline and condensate from NW Ohio to Canton Refinery. It Included (3) new pipeline stations and expansion of the receipt station. • Team Building: Coordinated design reviews of electrical and civil with internal resources, 3rd party design firm, and local power (AEP). Managed the electrical portion of the Garyville Major Expansion in Garyville, LA. This project required a temporary relocation to Louisiana for 1 year and 9 months. I managed the Engineering Procurement Construction Contractor (EPC) and the electrical subcontractor. The purpose of the project was to increase the available rates of the incoming crude and outgoing products pipelines at Garyville Refinery as the Refinery was undergoing a multi-billion-dollar upgrade. • Pipeline portion of the expansion was $90 Million+ and included construction of 2 complete pipeline stations and major upgrades at 5 others. Overall electrical costs were approx. $15-18 million of the total project budget.• Conflict Resolution: Managed the day to day construction issues and design modifications and oversaw progress of the EPC contractors.• Team Building: Facilitated communications between local area operations, inspectors, and the EPC contractor.• Developed and oversaw the electrical commissioning plans for all of the new and upgraded sites.• Coordinated with vendors on major equipment deliveries through the Vendor, EPC and local company land agents arranged for large equipment delivery routes through adjacent landowner properties.• Maintained, justified, and approved electrical change logs for design and cost changes throughout the project.• Led the organization of electrical portion of the project closeout documentation.

Wayne, Indiana-Arranged 30 Frame Shell Production at Taylor Street with the installation of new machinery working with plant engineers, millwrights and technicians to determine location of equipment and routes for power and hydraulics.-Organized with Charleston Auction Company for sale of Taylor Street Assets (obsolete) to clear way for BAE acquisition of factory floor space ($50,000+ revenue for GE from auction).
