Completed project design and left for the reliability role prior to construction commencing. • Coordinated design reviews of electrical and civil designs with internal subject matter experts and 3rd party design firm in conjunction with mechanical scope.• Created the bid package ranging from $3 to 4 Million with 3rd party engineering firm for contractor proposals.• Led contractor bidding and site reviews and selection with global procurement based on cost effectiveness and project quality metrics.• Issued material purchase and work order requests utilizing design packages, vendor quotes, and contractor bids.• Problem solving: Determined that power company had an unacceptable fault current at the facility substation.
