In addition, he handles numerous trademark oppositions and cancellation proceedings. Currently manage large international portfolios of patents and trademarks for publically traded companies and other substantial entities; and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in the United States and worldwide. In addition to managing large portfolios, regularly consults with buyers, sellers and their attorneys on the intellectual property concerns of merger and acquisition deals.
