Project Portrait was initiated to ensure all members were taking advantage of a significant and unique marketing tool. The need was confirmed and I developed a monitoring and follow through methodology at would maximize the exposure of our members’ talents to potential employers.

The EJCA is a federally funded youth residential training facility. As Director of Administration I was responsible for the integrity of the facility as I was oversight for Finance, Food Service, Purchasing, Property, Human Resources and Trainee Records, the six departments were data integrity is critical. All financial reports were issued or reviewed by my office.

Coordinated the events of four undergraduate and two graduate alumni Associations, ensuring that day to day office activities promoted and supported regular meetings as well as marquee events.

Managed a portfolio of slow and delinquent loans; supervised attorneys in litigation; monitored the status of collateral; reported status and activity to Senior Lending Committee. Analyzed the viability of the cases in my portfolio and developed a practical course of action, which could range from gentle reminders to liquidating business and personal assets.
