Assitant Program Manger for Development and Technical Support Services for TRIDENT II D5 missile systems. Supervised team of 16 senior government engineers. Responsible for execution of $240M annual budget and resolution of technical issues involving the missile system.

Project Manager responsible for all nuclear safety and environmental certifications aspects of the Mk4 and Mk5 Navy nuclear re-entry systems (12 months). Program Manager for Deployed System Support for all Navy Nuclear Weapons Reentry Systems (10 months) responsible for $80M annual support budget and supervision of 5 senior governement engineers.Strategic Systems Programs Navy Action Officer to the DoD/DOE Nuclear Weapons Council (21 months), co-author of the DoD regulation and instructions on Joint DoD/DOE acquisition process.

Security Manager for OSD Research Development and Acquisition Special Access Program. Responsible for development of Program Security Plan and Instructions. Responsible for Security and IT Certification and Accreditation of 17 government and contractor program facilities/sites.

Leadership of various engineering divisions responsible for safe operations of Naval Nuclear Propulsion plant of a US Navy Submarine. Positions held included Chemistry and Radiological Controls Assitant (CRA), Main Propulsion Assitant (MPA) and Assitant Engineering Department Head.
