The GCIEᵀᴹ can potentially be applied to consumer images such as plants, shoes, furniture, stamps, coins, etc. The company discontinued operations in 2016 due to funding constraints.

Designed, engineered, deployed, tested, and supported secure out-of-band access systems used to access critical corporate infrastructure. Responsible for operational control of second-generation X.25 Operations System Support (OSS) network delivered in the previous job. Migrated all operations support applications from the first generation network to the second-generation network. Decommissioned the first generation X.25 network and executed hardware recovery procedure to transfer the equipment to centralized asset disposal. Defined and enforced security standards for all OSS networks resulting in significant improvement in network availability and stability. Created a statistical performance analysis tool and applied it to a key OSS network resulting in improved capacity planning and a vast reduction in network configuration errors. Received a commendation for system development of the performance analysis tool.

Engineered Operation Support Systems based on the X.25, statistical multiplexing, and asynchronous data networks. Created equipment engineering documentation based on designs of network architects. Conducted traffic load analysis and performed capacity planning. Created network implementation plans, and technical support documentation for implementing network moves, adds, and changes. Led implementation of 88 X.25 switches at 80 MCI terminals.

Recruited as the first Criminal Research Specialist in the Fraud Division. Analyzed criminal penetrations of government interest computers for prosecution and vulnerability mitigation piurposes. Developed the first USSS computer laboratory for use in reviewing computer based evidential data, used in support of criminal prosecution. Created computer based tools used in criminal investigations including the Criminal Organization Crime Operation Network Understanding Tool, based on the Analytical Investigative Method (AIM) used by Federal and State law enforcement agencies to develop meaning from collected information. Created the Filed Office Cross Reference (FOCR) tool to reduce the time required to refer cases to field offices. Received commendations from the Assistant Director for Investigations and the Special Agent in Charge of the Forgery Division.
