I performed Supplier Audits at suppliers located in China, Mexico, Germany, Czech Republic, and in various USA states including Ohio, North Carolina, and California. I worked with the Supply Chain Management Team to create supplier scorecards, and other performance metrics.

Installed and qualified over $700k in capital test equipment, including an ITC PB6500 Probe Card Analyzer, an Agilent B1500A 1fA/V Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer, and an Agilent 67GHz Network Analyzer. This equipment supported several NPI's, improved manufacturing's test capability, and helped maintain Cascade's ISO-9001 Certification.Performed manufacturing design reviews and data analysis on 100's of new products, which resulted my recommendation and subsequent adoption of Design Capture Worksheet improvements to help align customer expectations up front, before the quoting process, with Cascade's actual Probe Card capabilities. This alignment process has dramatically reduced outgoing product quality waivers, while increasing customer satisfaction and confidence, which has helped to achieve successive quarters of increased customer orders.Lead assembly, test, and engineering teams using statistical problem solving and corrective action skills to permanently eliminate significant yield issues. These quality improvement activities helped to enable the achievement of a sustained increase in manufacturing output and revenue. Created new RF test processes and procedures which have enabled the testing, characterization and sales of higher margin 80GHz mW RF Probe Cards.
