Responsible for Infrastructure and Cyber Security transformation delivery and service providers.• Leader of the Production Platforms Data Center End of Life Consolidation Program, a multi-year strategic investment of ~$114M. • Managed Core Banking Replacement Program and integrations between the Global systems, a budget of ~$55M. • Oversaw Production Operations and Modernization supporting technology future state, with a multi-year investment of ~$58M using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Included are Migration to Cloud Amazon Web Services, Data Center Modernization, Application Rationalization, O365 Exchange migrations, API 1st to support SaaS, and Dev Sec Ops. • Delivered Production IT Service Management (ITSM), Platform (ServiceNow) Transition Program ~$17M, Software Asset Management, Configuration, Patch, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge management unification of Bank and Branch infrastructure procedures. Established Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), Operational Level Agreements (OLA’s), Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and Key Risk Indicators (KRI’s). Implemented a new integrated toolset with CMDB with full integration of problem, incident, change, asset, and configuration management workflows.• Oversaw Mainframe End of Life Decommission ~$15M; 3 Mainframes, 2 AS400’s re-platform of legacy applications, middleware services, data warehouse, and data retention solutions, including 12 streams.• Delivered Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Asset Management platforms in support of FRB MRA Closure, established enterprise CMDB and asset inventory database, processes procedures, and reports.• Managed production delivery of technology projects covering ~375 Banking locations, and 4 regional data centers with a ~$100M annual project portfolio.
