In 2013, The Docker open source project first released which attached my attention. I realized this is a project that changes cloud computing and the development process. I quickly organized meetups in some cities of China like Beijing, Shanghai and so on. I with fellows interested in Docker built a website which translating Docker and container docs and news to Chinese. I established a good relationship with developers and companies in the community and a Docker community in China in 2013 - 2014. As an evangelist of Docker and Container technology, I give lots of speeches in technology conferences talk about how using Docker in the production environment and in the DevOps process.When I joined the Huawei, I spent 50% time worked for the open source department. I participated in the design and decision making of strategies of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, the Open Container Initiative, and the Kubernetes community. I am a member of the CNCF CI working group. I involved the keynote/session proposals, topic design, the booth design and stuff of KubeCon 2015 - KubeCon/CloudNativeCon 2017. The others time in Huawei, I am an architect leader of FusionStage which is the Huawei PaaS production. I was responsible for the container registry, artifact repository, DevOps for the container.When I join the Tencent in 2017, I am the production manager team leader in the Tencent Cloud PaaS department. I am responsible for the Tencent Kubernetes Engine and DevOps productions of Tencent Public/Private Cloud now. I am a member of the Tencent Open Source Committee and a sponsor for open source projects. Also, I spent 20% time on the investment department of Tencent Cloud helping the design the investment strategy in the Cloud Native domain, build a relationship between the companies in the community and investment department.
