On this contract, I focused on Y2K issues. I refined and executed methodology to identify, contact, and assess North America business partner’s Y2K compliance. I budgeted and managed the team responsible for inventorying, assessing, and reporting The Disney Store’s embedded system’s Y2K compliance. I monitored various department managers’ progress on Y2K compliance of Disney Store’s non-core applications in North America and Asia. And I reported weekly results to Y2K Steering Committee.
