Responsible for managing over 20 tax office's and 12 Office Managers and 200 Tax Pro's in the Mid-East Region of Ohio, Upstate New York, Northern New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Responsible to drive tax revenues and drive profit margins as well as developing a sales and client driven culture. Leading culture change with-in orgaization to more sale focus with-in a customer focused industy. Lead and manage the district by establishing and maintaining offices, hiring, training and evaluating district associates. I ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and followed in each supervised office to increase revenues, control expenses and promote client satisfaction through a consistent positive experience. Accountability through direct travel to locations as well and constant communicating with team via virtual communications daily and weekly.

Responsible for managing over 22 tax office's and 22 Office Managers and 250 Tax Pro's in the Ohio North Central District. Lead and manage the district by establishing and maintaining offices, hiring, training and evaluating district associates. I ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and followed in each supervised office to increase revenues, control expenses and promote client satisfaction through a consistent positive experience.

Responsible for managing the remote sales force in the great lakes region for selling products and services via Dell Direct Store. I motivated the sales force to sell products and services through effective management of sales incentive programs, career development and one on one relationship building. Responsible for motivating and developing 7 district managers. Responsible for identifying and working with cross functional partners to develop, implement and maintain sales support processes and tools in response to competitive markets, customer needs and/or sales process improvement. Visited field locations to assess individual kiosks and markets. Responsible for managing P&L controllables for respective territories. Responsible for leading DDS’s finance and secret shop programs.

I was responsible for leading all aspects of the Gateway employee experience. This position includes management of overall sales and operations of a Gateway store. The scope of these responsibilities involves local consumer and small-to-medium business demand generation. I am also responsible to insure the ideal Customer experience through continual training and monitoring of sales & service staff.
