The HSC Foundation is dedicated to improving access to services for individuals who face challenging social and health care barriers due to disability, chronic illness, or other circumstances that present unique needs.The HSC Foundation accepts proposals by invitation only. However, we welcome information on programs relating to youth with disabilities transitioning to adulthood, as well as support, education, and training programs for families and caregivers of individuals with disabilities and chronic illness.The HSC Foundation has created the HSC Health Care System which supports the HSC Pediatric Center, a sub-acute hospital with extensive outpatient and rehab services for special neds children,; HSCSN, which is the primary care managment organization for special needs individuals in Washington, DC; HSC Home Care, which is the first fully digital home care organization in DC; Special Needs consulting Services, which provide consulting support to other states plans looking to enhance their support to special needs populations; and the National Youth Transition Center, which provides support to non-profit organizations that advocate for special needs individuals across the nation.

I constructed IT strategic plan, disaster recovery for the entire enterprise, outsourced the IT department, helped the business units grow their markets, help build business plans for new entities and more. I was the PMO for implementing a digital hospital suite at the Pediatric Center, implemented the care management and disease management solution for the health plan, implemented the digital home care solution, architected and implemented the high speed wide-area communications network, constructed a multi-media center and help grow the enterprise from $36 million per year to $365 million per year.

Conducted the analysis that led to the hospital being funded for moving to fully digital soutions across the Metro Nashville Hospital Authority. Developed the detailed specifications for acquiring the fully digital hospital solution. Evaluated numerous product lines including GE, McKesson, Cerner, Siemens, MediTech, etc. Conducted completitive process between GE and McKesson with McKesson being selected for implementation. Applied the McKesson solutions suite to the hospital, the long term care faciltiy, Meharry Medical College's clinics and the child abuse clinic.

Provided the customers associated with the remote Nashville office with document management, business intelligence and data mining solutions. Created the Bridgestone/Firestone of the Americas document management solution that turned their paper documents to digital data. Reduced the storage costs by several million per year. Created a engineering failed tire tracking and data collection system that vastly improved the ability to determine root cause analysis for any tire failure. Expanded the engineering tire tracking system to cover the Bridgestone/Firestone tire recall saving multiple millions. Created a advanced data search system which was used to successfully flight in the tire recall litigation.Implemented the document management solution in the music industry for Sony music and Acuff-Rose.created the document management and workflow application for Tennessee Rural Health. Turned a 90 day member enrollment process into minutes.

Implemented the first fully digital television station in the nation. Implemented fully digital remote uplink trucks. Adapted the digital infrastructue for medical records capture and storage. Developed the business plan for interfacing to the medical community.Supported the creation of a facewear display startup company to heads down video display in the surgical suite.
