 Lead agent in handling order/billing transfers between customers and perform account and contract updates. Was responsible for entire west coast region.  Process contract orders, resolve customer service issues, transfers, billing and other company inquiries at companies west coast call center and later remotely in Clackamas OR. Spearheaded a team that standardized billing transfer process which lead to cutting turn around time in half. Received Associate of the Quarter- Q2 for 2013 and was the first customer care employee to receive the award for the west coast office. In June of 2015 I transferred from the main west coast offices in San Jose to the Clackamas Or offices.

Resolve customer service issues and inquiries from agents and customers for Fairmont Hotel's central reservation center .

Main duties included designing and implementing murals, artwork and faux finishes. Created custom sample finishes, extensive color matching and formulation, custom painted and stain finishes, faux marble, metal leafing, wall and floor treatments, murals & screens as well as specialized items such as a custom finish for a pair of wedding shoes that matched an exotically colored wedding dress. Other responsibilities included but were not limited to; key holder, answering the phone, designing showroom layouts, pickup and delivery, stripping of furniture, limited repair and restoration, meeting with clients and resolving customer service issues.
