work directly with adults aged 18-24 by providing career advice, internship, college entrance, job search guidance, and post graduation planning. In partnership with young adults, we collaborate together in order to develop a career plan based on many factors, including their ambitions, values and individual career interests.

Responsible for the staffing and recruitment of successful externship students from 5 different academic programs campus wide into corresponding career fields: accounting/bookeeping, paralegal, business, medical assisting, and medical office administration. Coordinates relationships with businesses from the Atlanta-area regarding job placement and externship placement for graduates and upcoming graduates. Responsible for professional development coaching, training and instruction of upcoming graduates campus-wide, including massage therapy. Coordinates job fairs with businesses from the Atlanta area in order to maintain 80% or above job-placement status of recent graduates for all five academic programs, campus wide. Conducts routine coaching, enforces personnel policies and procedures during the externship experiences while externs are working in the legal, medical, accounting and business fields as student-externs.

Responsible for coordinating job placement, staffing and recruitment of extern candidates, resume coaching, interview preparation, extern training and development, employee relations, workplace safety and security, and student extern personnel policies and procedures while completing externship in various employment capacities within the Atlanta-area. Coordinate externship participants from 5 different academic programs, with Department Lead covering potential graduates from accounting, medical assisting, medical office administration, business management, and paralegal programs. Developed relationships and coordinated with neighboring employers in order to facilitate various campus-wide job fairs, and job placement opportunities for students after graduation.
