A second instance of this system was rolled out for the Richmond FNF Commercial Search Services group.o Designed and implemented the AppTracker system, which is used to track applications, releases, and environments (including server utilization and integrations between applications).o Played a major role in the transition of LandAmerica systems to Fidelity National Financial as a result of Fidelity’s acquisition of Lawyers’ Title and Commonwealth Title. This transition included moving these systems from the Richmond data center to Dallas without interrupting service during normal business hours.

o Managed a team of up to twenty members (both onsite and offshore) consisting of project managers, analysts, architects, developers, and testers.o Responsible for annual budgets of up to $1.5 million dollars.o Provided architectural guidance to other development teams.

Supervised a team of two developers working with Microsoft Visual Basic, Access, and SQL Server.

o Designed and developed major components of the Emergency Dispatch Center application.o Designed and developed the integration between the 3rd party mugshot system and the in-house Jail Management System.o Ported and tested the Jail Management System from a Unisys mainframe environment to Unix.
