About Gene Hult

Currently seeking an undergraduate English and Creative Writing professorial position. I have more than five years college-level teaching experience, as well as invaluable practical editorial work. As a writing teacher, I focus on the skill and craft of the process, the technical techniques without which the most personal and insightful content suffers ineffectively expressed. I am equally interested in the instruction of writing fiction, poetry, and scripts for film, TV, and graphic novels. My experience also covers teaching Literature, Humanities, and Film courses.I love writing, editing, and publishing books, in all formats, for all age groups, including novels, novelizations, non-fiction books, novelty books, graphic novels, poetry, and interactive electronic storybook apps.
