Researching funding opportunities, writing, applying and reporting; as well as ensuring compliance of grants through a strategic, collaborative process•Research potential prospects including past giving, focus areas, grant making processes•Prepare and submit grant applications for foundation, corporate and government opportunities. Manage grants calendar and plan upcoming applications, proposals and reporting to ensure all deadlines are completed on time, and maintaining records of related activities in GrantHub and Blackbaud's Altru•Work closely with program and finance staff to prepare program budgets, compile summaries, survey results and outcome data. Develop or obtain relevant supporting documentation for applications, including logic models, project schedules, staff resumes/bios, key organizational, financial and other documents•Communicate requirements, commitments and budgets to program, finance and marketing staff to ensure deliverables are met•Cutivate responsible stewardship of the Museum’s grant making donor relationships
