I. Support a wide range of (1) Stormwater, (2) Water/Wastewater, and (3) Funding Support projects:(1) Stormwater:• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling of storm drain and open channel systems to assess flooding conditions, recommend drainage improvements, and identify green infrastructure and regional BMP opportunities • Perform GIS analyses for mapping, mobile app integration, and asset inventory preparation to support H&H model development• Program mobile GIS applications and macro-enabled Excel spreadsheets to streamline data collection, data digitization, and analyses• Provide recommendations for municipal programs to meet Water Quality Improvement Plan (WQIP) goals(2) Water/Wastewater:• Assist in the design of water/wastewater facilities such as pump stations and pipelines• Generate construction quantity take-off and preliminary cost estimates(3) Funding Support: • Assist in the drafting of grant/loan applications and grant/loan administration of resulting projects for local municipalities (ei. SDCWA, SEJPA, City of Oceanside)II. Serve as Project Manager (PM), Deputy PM and Technical Lead for various stormwater, wastewater, and transportation projects:• Ensure team efforts are within scope, on-schedule, and on-budget• Coordination with subconsultants, • Conduct final quality control and quality assurance (QAQC) of deliverablesIII. Provide project management services for Capital Improvement Projects (CIP):• Prepare front-end specifications and bidding documents• Conduct plan check coordination with internal city staff, design consultants, utility companies, and other stakeholder public agencies • Prepare quarterly invoices and submittals for Caltrans grant programsIV. Lead and support proposal, marketing, and business development efforts:• Draft proposal solicitation packages• Deliver and generate content for conference abstracts and presentations
