As a Channel Officer, my main responsibility is to provide Industrial solutions for our clients with the highest possible degree of personalized service and personalized advice, while upholding the ethical standards in our field. In this role, we do have the responsibilities to maintain long-term relationships by focusing on our clients' needs through good customer service that meet their needs on any levels, with a special emphasis on customer acquisition and retention strategies. We also help them build a profitable portfolio.
