Manager - Workforce Manager
CurrentResponsibilities• Prepare and manage yearly, seasonal, monthly, and weekly labor budgets, forecasts, allocation, and wage rate models for Lane Bryant and Catherines• Provide strong point of view to senior leadership regarding store based initiatives, labor testing opportunities, and provide relevant data and analysis to guide executive decision-making• Lead cross-functional Workload Council to guide and coach business partners on the cost and ideal timing of workload• Develop tools to help the field manage store census and wage• Develop and execute labor related projects and initiatives• Monitor cross departmental processes with relation to labor• Develop and implement labor strategies• Drive financial and customer metrics through accurate execution of processes, allocation, scheduling support, analysis, reporting, SOPs, and education• Design best practices to increase efficiency and gain maximum productivity• Assist and/or lead time standards/work sampling studies• Subject matter expert in Matrix Retail, labor model, and workload-related issues• Develop and maintain cross-brand partnerships in order to maximize successes and identify potential opportunities to grow the business• Solicit feedback on payroll allocation, impact and opportunity
