Project initiative includes consolidation of 4 Data Centers into one and migration of Applications / Servers / Storage.Designed and implemented a NetApp FAS 8040 solution utilizing NFS for VMware storage and FCoE for Windows block level storage.Implemented Cisco’s UCS B-series blade server utilizing FI6296 Fabric Interconnect switches.Implemented Tintri T560 VMstore appliance.Project lead to upgrade Active Directory from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 R2.Designed and implemented a VMware ESX vSphere clustered solution utilizing HA and DRS.Project lead for a SAN migration project to migrate 4 EMC Clariion SANs to NetApp.Project lead for a File Server consolidation project to migrate and decommission 15 File Servers and place the data on NetApp utilizing NAS technology.Architected and implemented Exchange 2007 on HP Blade servers designed to scale out to 15,000 users. Mailbox servers are configured as a 4-node cluster with 3 Active nodes and 1 Passive node. Snapshots are captured daily using SnapManager for Exchange. Architected and implemented Exchange 2010 and led the project to migrate the whole company onto the new e-mail environment.Designed and implemented the storage solution for Exchange 2010 using DAG technology on a NetApp SAN.Project lead for an Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 migration/consolidation.Implemented an Enterprise SAN solution utilizing NetApp FAS6030 with over 60 terabytes of disk space. Hosts are connected via Fiber Channel and iSCSI. Two NetApp Filers are being used as a Cluster for High Availability.
