CurrentResponsible for the development and launch of World Class Manufacturing Academy, a centralized training platform and facility designed to cultivate an enriched culture of continuous improvement and learning based on the WCM production methodology. Appointed to deliver professional training to a global workforce encompassing knowledge creation, leadership development, safety/compliance, managerial competencies, use of innovation tools, and technical applications of WCM. - Contributed to $60M savings in training program costs across 10+ years from the standardization of training and professional development for 30,000+ FCA employees and contractors.- Facilitated and trained 6,700+ students across 400+ in-person and remote classes. - Pioneered online training for World Class Manufacturing Academy and created the video modules and course content across each pillar of the WCM methodology.- Developed new and state-of-the-art training facilities for World Class Manufacturing Academy at the FCA Indiana and Mexico sites.- Oversaw the training and activities of Certified WCM Trainers with responsibilities for the training of 70,000+ online participants from 2013 – 2018. - Developed the World Class Mobile training unit with responsibilities for the training of 12,000+ FCA employees.- Served as Certified FCA World Class Manufacturing Safety Specialist and facilitated and trained safety programs for FCA manufacturing facilities across the United States.
