Assist in the teaching and assessment of Mobile Development programming for Class B students. I identify common struggles and offer insights to help students improve.Grading Assignments: - Evaluate assignments based on rubrics, providing detailed feedback to highlight strengths and areas for improvement.Providing Feedback: - Deliver actionable feedback on tasks, offering suggestions on debugging, code optimization, and user experience design to foster continuous improvement.Reviewing Final Projects: -Oversee and grade team final projects, assessing functionality, creativity, user interface design, and technical execution.Maintaining Activity Logs:- Keep detailed logs tracking student progress, assignments, and participation throughout the semester, ensuring accurate records for both instructors and students.

I joined the research team at Pattiro, where I contribute to multiple initiatives, including the VICRA (Village Climate Resilience Action) Program. These programs focus on promoting climate change adaptation, with a particular emphasis on the agricultural sector. Our efforts are directed towards creating open public spaces (civic spaces) to enable local communities to engage in climate actions, especially in vulnerable rural areas.The program operates on three key pillars:Research for Evidence-Based Advocacy: We conduct in-depth research to gather data and insights that inform policy recommendations. This evidence-based approach ensures that our advocacy efforts are grounded in real-world data, which helps in shaping policies that address the specific needs of communities affected by climate change.Capacity Building: We work closely with local communities, providing training and resources to help them better understand and implement climate resilience strategies. Our focus is on empowering these groups to take ownership of their climate adaptation efforts, with a particular emphasis on inclusive approaches that consider gender dynamics.Advocacy with Local Governments: We engage in targeted advocacy, presenting research findings to local governments and stakeholders. The goal is to influence the development of policies that support sustainable agriculture, forestry management, and gender-responsive climate action.The culmination of this work is the production of a comprehensive Handbook on the Importance of Inclusive and Gender-Responsive Climate Action. This handbook serves as a guide for policymakers and communities, emphasizing the need for climate strategies that not only address environmental challenges but also integrate inclusivity and gender equality into their frameworks.This final output provides a practical and policy-driven resource to foster effective and equitable climate action across different sectors, particularly in public policy
