Leading expert on "digital natives" and the digital transformation in society, the (democratic) communities, organizations and in leadership.My expertise is based on more than 15 years of extensive empirical data about a new Generation Z of digital natives, their life and work, identity and about community, individuals and relations in the digital age. And most recently about digital natives and democracy in a digital age,My most recent book is "Unge stemmer i det digitale demokrati" ("Young Voices in the Digital Democracy") (Djøf Forlag 2021). The primary focus and studies are again a young upcoming generation of digital natives - as citizens, voters and member of the modern democracy.
