Hired to build up a new department for digital strategy, user experience and information architecture. I worked out vision and goals, described the competencies of the department, and was responsible for the budget, recruitment and staff.When I left Magnetix, the department delivered the highest level of quality of the company (measured march 2009), and held three employees and well documented competencies and fields of responsibility Other fields of responsibility:Digital strategy and overall design of project: I defined projects and estimated time. Strategy and og concept development for potential and existing customersNewbizz and Public Relation: Was part of the pitch teams winning Fitnessdk, Lalandia, Erhvervs- and byggestyrelsen, EDC, Maconomy and others. My primary role in newbizz was to define the project. Often I also had a central part in the concept development. Furthermore I was often invited as a speaker at seminars and conferences - thus generating leads and PRSelected customers and examples of specific tasks: Samvirke (Denmark's largest consumer magazine): Defined strategy for transmitting the paper magazine to the Internet. New, modern samvirke.dk launched august 2008Maersk: Intranet for seafarers. I defined research design, strategy and overall project as well as estimating timeMaconomy: Responsible for the strategy process. Described three possible scenarios for the digital strategy based on research. Communicated one final strategy for the Maconomy management late 2008
