Ensure that the building and its inhabitants are safe and follow all the regulations and procedures• Keep residents informed on new policies • Creating bulletin boards monthly• Host three events per semester open to the whole campus that has a beneficial purpose• Mediate conflicts between residents• Room checks, to ensure compliance with campus rules
