Areas handled: Testing (Handler), Burn-In (Handler), Mark/Scan/Pack Autovision, Lasermark Key Responsibilities : - Establish machine procurement specifications - Qualification and productive release of new machine and process elements (i. e. capability) - Qualification and productive release of new test and burn-in contactors/sockets - Production handshake to ensure effectiveness of process elements - Optimize machine parameters and perfromance - Establish documentation for new equipment work instructions and maintenance procedures - Generate process related documents, revise and update any existing process specs such as FMEA, OJTI, Control Specs, etc. - Identification and execution of systematic improvement projects for productive release of process elements - Initiate projects geared towards cost reduction and process simplification. - Interface with OEM and non-OEM suppliers for machine hardware and software improvements (for Test Handler, Autovision & Lasermark) - Supports investigation of MSP LOH products (Lots on Hold) for root cause analysis of product defects and provide, implement long term solutions. - Provide improvement and preventive actions for Customer Complaints and Quality Spills - Provides engineering support to production on reject analysis and formulation of corrective actions. - Interface to product Quality Push with other Infineon Sites and business units - Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system. - Train and supervise technician for line sustaining and machine troubleshooting. - Redesign machine parts, tools, fixtures, and system that would enhance productivity, and better working condition.
